Red velvet cake


Weight / Volume Product
300g Red velvet cake mix
250g Wheat flour
400g Sugar
300g Eggs
300g Oil
220g Water


• Scale and mix ingredients together in a planetary mixer using a flat/butterfly beater or hand mixer for 4 minutes until all ingredients are mixed.

• Scale the batter of desired weight into greased baking tins and cupcake cups.

• Bake at: Deck oven 180ºC/ Rotary oven 160ºC

• Baking time: 35 minutes (Until a skewer comes out clean after inserting in the centre)

• Decorate as desired.
