How to use

Recipe:

Indian sponge                    1000g

Water                                   740g

Method:

Mix all ingredients.

Mixing time 8 minutes:

  • 3 minutes at speed 3,
  • 5 minutes at speed 2.

Baking temperature: 

Deck oven 180º C.

Rotation oven 160º C.

Baking time 25 minutes.
