Mix for the preparation of tasty and crunchy cookies with an egg free option

How to use

Recipe 1:                                           Recipe 2:

1000g     Cookie mix.                         1000g      Cookie mix

  250g     Margarine/butter.                 225g      Fat

  150g     Water                                     175g      Eggs

Method:

Mix all ingredients at low speed with a flat beater for 3 to 4 minutes until dough is formed.

Form the dough into a log shape of 60cm length and cut into 30 pieces at 2 cm each

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes

For more creativity add:

Chocolate chips and/or cocoa powder or dried fruits or peanut butter or oats and/or cinammon.
